Quantum Substratum 1: 4-locality, entanglement, EPR

A substratum can be both local (4-local) and violate Bell’s inequalities.

Our substratum is a nonlinear field in 4d spacetime. Nonlinearities give us particle-like breathers, interactions, and retrocausation toward the initial condition.
